Failure to load simulator Prepar3d V4.5

I have tried to import my simulator settings to get the Maps to work with no luck. I ran makerwys per the instructions with no luck. Am I missing a step somewhere? I am running Makerwys in the Prepar3d install directory and leaving them there. Do I need to move or rename them in any way to make it work? I am using the paid 1.6 version of FSLogbook.     Still struggling with the maps install in Windows 10 Pro...........I have logged critical errors to the log file when searching and it appears a sqlite data table was not created properly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as administrator to make sure I did it correctly to no avail......... The following is the log file after attempting to add a simulator.
