Still struggling with the maps install in Windows 10 Pro...........I have logged critical errors to the log file when searching and it appears a sqlite data table was not created properly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as administrator to make sure I did it correctly to no avail......... The following is the log file after attempting to add a simulator. Due to the length of the post I have truncated the logfile to what appears to me to be the most critical errors.

Do I need to create this datatable or was something botched on the install? If you could provide the schema I guess I could manually enter it but there appears to be deeper underlying issues in the registry entries themselves.
